Features & Specifications

Housing - One piece, heavy
gauge, die formed aluminum construction, continuously seam welded.
Electrical components mounted in separate ballast compartment on
removable tray. Tray is removable without the use of tools.

Ballast - High power factor
constant wattage auto-transformer metal halide ballast rated for
1000 watts with an input voltage rating consisting of multi-tap
120/208/240/277/480 volts with a -30º temperature rating. Ballast
is mounted on a ballast tray easily removed or replaced without
the use of tools.

Lampholder - Mogul Base glazed
procelain, with spring loaded nickel plate center.

Lamp - 1000 watt BT56, clear
metal halide
|
Optics - Computer designed,
semi specular segmented reflector combines with 3/16" tempered
lens to produce a sharp cut-off, forward throw (Type IV) light
distribution with increased light levels. Optics are field
rotatable.

Lens Assembly - One piece
hinged heavy-duty die formed aluminum doors frame surrounds 3/16"
tempered glass lens. Glass is sealed door with high temperature
silicone seal. Two captive thumbscrews disengage lens assembly
from housing unit without the use of tools.

Gasketing - Closed cell EDPM
memory retentive gasketing compressed between doorframe and
housing seals optical chamber. This offers superior protective
sealing.
|
Steel poles - Round 4", 5" and
6" steel poles provide correct wind loading capability and accept
mounting assembly. Powder coated finish is standard. Poles are
available in either direct imbedded or base plate models. Base
plate models need to include galvanized anchor bolts and
installation template. All poles are supplied with handhole and
cover. Two piece base cover is standard.

Davit Arms - Tubular 4" arms
are available in single, twin 70, twin 180 and quad
configurations.

Labels - Fixtures are CUL
listed for wet location service.

Finish - Polyester powder
coat, state-of-the-art 20 psi pressure wash at 140° temperature
incorporates four-step iron phosphate process to cleanse and
pretreat the metal surface for maximum paint adhesion.
Electrostatically textures Polyester powder topcoat is baled at
400° for maximum hardness and exterior uniformity.
