PRIVACY

All Star Tennis is the sole owner of information it gathers on its site. We only share your information with outside parties in order to invoice, process and ship your order or as required to do so by law or in the belief that such action is necessary to conform to the law.

HANDLING FEES

Not all our goods are warehoused on location. Many manufacturer's require a minimum order of $50.00 or you will be charged a $5.00 handling fee. We realize that in certain cases this makes the cost prohibitive so we will notify you if you order falls in this category.

 

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

 

RETURN POLICY

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon their arrival. Any damage, defects or shortages should be noted in writing with the delivery service at that time. All Star Tennis  must be notified of any claim within one week of the delivery date. All returns must have a return authorization number which can be obtained by calling 1-985-898-5828 or emailing sales@allstartennissupply.com.

Returns for reasons other than those described above will be at the sole discretion of All Star Tennis Supply and if accepted will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
